Embodying the entrepreneurial spirit and successfully building multiple business, Mick Keough joins us as Chief Operating Officer at Blue Mountain Software. Mick Keough was a founder of Secure USA, an INC 500 company, which revolutionized the approach to servicing the counter terrorist barricade industry establishing Secure USA as one of the most respected integration organizations in the industry. Mick worked strategically as a integrated security systems provider for local, federal and international government departments such as embassies, FBI, US Marshall Services and GSA for more than a decade. Mick is fluent in implementation and large scale deployment of complex systems serving various areas of infrastructure.

Dee Hastings

Chief Marketing Officer

“Mastering the Process of Selling from A-Z,” the published professional sales training program authored by Dee Hastings, demonstrates the depth and breadth of our CMO. Dee’s 24 year history of record breaking sales achievement for PBX manufacturers such as Executone Information Systems and Hawaii Telecom, along with her channel management experience with Mitel and Telrad, rounds out our executive team. Known for her ability to build and develop strategic partnerships, provide extraordinary sales support, and excel in new business development she is an asset to any team.  Dee is well versed in the Hospitality Industry.

Steve Futrell

Co-Founder

A graduate of Georgia Institute of Technology with over 26 years of experience in providing technology solutions to hospitality, Steve’s expertise includes equipment development, design and implementation, system integration, network design, VoIP, and carrier services. Steve started as an interface engineer with Hitachi earning his career reputation early on for deciphering and solving the most complex, challenging hotel technology issues. His wealth of hospitality industry knowledge and in-depth understanding of its technology requirements demonstrates his range of expertise for many sectors of the hospitality communications and services. Steve is a Co-founder of Blue Mountain Software.

Al Mataban

Co-Founder

Al’s professional career is deeply rooted in the telecommunications and hospitality industry, working with leading technologies for over 25 years. He has developed his career at industry stalwarts AT&T, PacBell, Paradyne, Hitachi Telecom, and helped start-ups such as Centex, Elastic Networks, GuestTek, and SigPro grow to become industry leaders. His vision  for Blue Mountain Software is to combine emerging cloud technologies and mature softswitch platforms to deliver a cost savings solutions for the hospitality industry that is both innovative and revolutionary. Al is a co-founder of Blue Mountain Software.
