  • Guest privacy protection in line with hotel standards
  • Clearing Caller ID information on the license when the guest checks out
  • Refreshing the Caller ID for the next  incoming guest
  • Manage the inventory of license, and associated names
  • Turning Message Waiting on/off  (MWI), removing active wakeup calls, setting and re-setting the rooms outside calling privileges
  • Retrieving and relaying the CDR for pricing and processing by the hotels call accounting system
  • Archiving voice mail messages for “time period” required
  • Deleting voice-mail messages upon guest check – out and resetting next voice mailbox for the next guest.
